**Responsibilities**:

- A’/Diploma/Degree with 2 years of relevant experience as Executive/Personal Assistant supporting senior management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Outstanding service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion
- High EQ and excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- A high level of productivity, initiative, and self-motivation to accomplish tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and to accommodate last-minute changes
- Positive, can-do, and flexible attitude

**Job description**
- Be responsible for CEO's daily schedule/travel management, including planning, reminding, booking, picking up, etc
- Assist the CEO in communicating with departments and companies, track and implement the implementation of work tasks assigned by the CEO, and give real-time feedback on the implementation
- Assist CEO to arrange internal and external visitor reception, meetings and activities, and maintain and manage contacts
- Responsible for document management of CEO's required data, industry information collection, translation, etc
- Complete other tasks assigned by CEO
