**What you do**
- Ability to manage and hedge flows/risk from Market Making via electronic distribution channels.
- Ability to manage pricing as appropriate over various Trading sessions and market conditions.
- Good analytical ability to deep dive into Client, Market and System Data.
- Should have a good understanding and experience in FX, NDF, Swaps and Precious Metals.
- Should have a good understanding of electronic Trading Channels.
- Ability to collaborate and work with various teams such as Sales, Development, Support Teams and Inter-Divisional Teams.
- Have the ability to develop and implement new Strategies.
- Ability to support Voice Market Making when needed.
- Will be the primary coverage for New York Trading session (0000hrs - 0800hrs SGT), but with flexibility to rotate and cover various Trading Sessions (SG/LDN) when needed
- Have the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Coding Programs would be recommended

**Qualifications**

**Who you are**
- At least 3 years of experience in FX trading, with a strong understanding of global FX markets and instruments (FX/NDF/Precious Metals).
- A proven track record of successful trading and risk management, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in trading systems, algorithms, and data analytics.
