**What will you do on your journey with WebBeds?**

WebBeds is a global marketplace for the travel trade, providing powerful distribution solutions that make selling and buying accommodation and ground travel product easier. We source content from travel suppliers, connect, aggregate and merchandise that content in our platform, the WebBeds Marketplace, and distribute it to our global network of travel buyers (our distribution partners), who sell to the travelling public.

**How you will make an impact**:
We are seeking an experienced and talented manager to join a global FP&A team. Based in Singapore or Malaysia and with assistance of an FPA Analyst, you will strategically support the finance function of the Asia Pacific region, working for the regional President and FPA Director. This will include, but will not be limited to, analyzing, reporting, and presenting financial performance of the region to the President and the Finance Director, leading the budgeting and forecasting process and controlling the regional P&L to drive company’s performance forward.

**Key elements to this role include, but not limited to**:

- Fully responsible for regional budgeting and quarterly/ad-hoc reforecasting processes.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly pack, ensuring accurate analysis and commentary.
- Support the President in presenting the financial aspects of the pack.
- Working closely with Commercial teams to understand the market behaviour and act as a finance expert in decision making and project management.
- Analyse various booking reports by Customers and Destinations.
- Work with large data sets in PowerBI, Datasets and Excel.
- Ensure data integrity between different systems.
- Analyse regional income, cost of sales and overheads, investigate variances.
- Assist accounting teams with month-end closures.
- Assist the FP&A Director in overall delivery of the departmental objectives.
- Work on ad-hoc projects as & when required.

- PowerBI and Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Project Management skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- CIMA qualified ideally with 5-year post-qualification experience.
- SAP knowledge.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerBI and PowerQuery.
- A good team player with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
- A diligent and pro-active approach.
- Experience in traditional accounting and working within the travel industry is an advantage.
