**Salary Range**:Full-time: $2,000 - $2,700/month | Part-time: $10 - $15/hour

**Department**:Operations Department - F&B

**Location**:Orchard, Singapore, Telok Ayer (various locations)

**Overall Job Objectives**:

- We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Cook to assist in organizing all kitchen activities. He / She will be assisting the Sous Chef on the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with standard safety and sanitation while delivering an excellent service for customer satisfaction._

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Setting up kitchen workstation with equipment and ingredients
- Handle daily kitchen operations (i.e., Cooking, Frying, Grilling) using various utensils
- Adhere to the operations and procedures, and suggest improvements for the betterment
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and adhere to hygiene standards
- Proper storage for food in a proper manner or temperature

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma or Qualification from a culinary school.
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good listening and communication skills as well as multi-tasking skills.
- Good knowledge of practices for safety and sanitation.
- Passion for delivering great food and service.
- Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays

**KEY DELIVERABLES**:

- Set up and organize kitchen stations with all necessary equipment and ingredients to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform daily cooking tasks, including frying and grilling, while ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
- Follow established kitchen procedures and proactively suggest improvements for greater efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper food storage, following the correct procedures for temperature control and safety.
