**Where you would add value**

The Associate, People Operations will be responsible for running people operations, payroll, benefits administration and ensuring all HR records are accurate and up to date and that all queries are answered promptly.

**How you would make a difference**
- Handle day-to-day people operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary
- Perform basic data transactions in Workday
- Handle daily payroll operations, including collecting and verifying timekeeping information and processing payroll
- Maintain accurate payroll records, reconcile financial data and validate reports post confirmation, run and report on regular payroll data audits
- Develop financial and operational reports when requested by compiling summary data of earnings and taxes
- Maintain employee confidentiality and protect people operations by keeping all private information confidential
- Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and technology
- Interact with employees, managers, and other internal teams to provide guidance and clarity on processes related to employee life cycle data.
- Keep track of and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time to hire).
- Support the compliance of end-to-end people operations process
- Work closely with the team to identify and execute continuous improvement projects
- Involved in other HR initiatives when required

**What you need to be successful**
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years’ experience preferable in payroll and benefits administration
- Experience with Workday
- Strong MS Office skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
- Good command of written and oral communication skills
- Dynamic, good interpersonal skills and a team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented
- Meticulous, sense of urgency and able to prioritize requests
- Able to move quickly, make confident decisions with a sense of urgency and independently manage daily work
- Able to interact with cross functional team members, employees, and managers effectively and efficiently
- Able to organize, multitask, and prioritize in deadline-driven environment
- Professionalism when dealing with sensitive & confidential information
- Be able to work under pressure
