All great people teams are built on rock solid operations - as the business needs continue to evolve, a new role is created for a People Operations Associate, which will support our rapidly growing business. This position will help provide a variety of People Ops services across the business, with a particular focus on onboarding and supporting recruitment.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in employee files, ATS.
- Support the administration of employee requests and benefits
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in all round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, stationeries and pantry’s supplies etc.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

**What you'll Need**:

- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Business Administration or HR management
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, accountability and well organized
