Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who is up to date with the latest digital marketing. This role requires someone who possesses a great mix of digital marketing and marketing communications skills

**The Role**
- To assist in developing marketing and sales strategies to introduce the company's products to new customers, and maintain an existing customers base.
- To assist in developing a social media marketing strategy and ensure its successful execution.
- To create content for the company’s social media platform to create brand awareness, and brand interest.
- To work with brand ambassadors on social media planning.
- To coordinate and help maintain good relations between customers/business associates and colleagues on orders and support.
- To promote sales of company’s products
- To deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
- Tracking conversions for all Google Ad and constantly tweaking to perfection
- Identify and develop key marketing operations processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking
- Any other ad-hoc task.
**Competencies**
- Active participation in sales and marketing cycle, as well as planning and processes
- Maintaining accurate stock/records, and customers deliveries are dispatched correctly

**Requirements**:
Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SG United Traineeship.

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature).

Graduates interested in this position should possess a Poly Diploma Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
- Degree in Marketing or related
- Love of pets/animals
- Good knowledge or proven working experience in digital marketing
- Experience as a marketing executive or similar position
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
**Duration of Training is 6 months**

Traineeship allowance:

- Fresh graduate (Degree holder) - $S2,500
- Non-mature Mid-Career Individuals - S$2,800
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - S$ 3,000
