**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Managerial Role**
- Develop and implement operational KPI and process
- Coordinate and ensure compliance to MOH guidelines
- Lead clinic crew teams to ensure smooth operations of all clinics, putting in place an effective and efficient system to manage patients
- Assist in setting up new clinics with proper handovers.
- Assist practice to identify, report and manage incidents and ensure all clinical and safety complaints are appropriately reported and managed.
- Identify areas of improvements and concerns and implement appropriate corrective actions.

**Stock, Inventory and Procurement**
- Responsible for maintaining necessary inventory management of equipment, supplies, and resources in relation to cost management to ensure clinic operations costs are controlled
- Performs stock checks on a regular basis, with assistance from clinic crew.
- Collating and ordering of equipment, supplies, and resources needed for all clinics
- Purchase supplies from approved vendors
- Oversees repairs or replacement of dental equipment

**Finance**
- Coordination of payments to suppliers and vendors
- Performs basic revenue and cost accounting to ensure that the day-to-day finances of the clinic are properly accounted for; and
- Manages petty cash of the clinic

**Human Resource**
- Work with the team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
- Build and manage a continuous improvement plan for smooth clinical operations.
- Deliver training and provide updates / notifications and information to the practice as required.
- Drive and execute a talent acquisition program with stakeholder management that will contribute to the scale and growth of the organisation at large.
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services and functions, which includes and not limited to development/management of contract terms, hires, transfers, employee engagement and performance management.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to management/team leads and employees to effectively meet business goals and organisation culture
- Encourage and develop staff motivation and teamwork.
- Ordering and allocation of uniforms/scrubs and name badges.
- Arrange staff induction, training and development,
- Oversee daily clinic activities and provide direction, training and guidance to staff as needed.
- Evaluate and monitor success of training programs.

**Counter Reception**
- Oversee clinic crew with attending to patient enquiries and appointment booking
- Oversee clinic crew with patient registration; Discharges patients by dispensing medications (when required), collecting payments accurately, issuing of MC and/or receipts, and scheduling patients for subsequent appointments
- Oversee and guide clinic crew with drafts and audit claims for CHAS treatments
- Oversee and guide clinic crew with submission of dental claims whenever required
- Oversee that records and documents are filed in accordance with the clinic’s Standard Operational Procedures
- Oversee correct recording of sales of medications and dental merchandise in the Clinic Management software
