Singapore CHAZ EVENTS PTE. LTD. Full time

We are an event services company specialising in live food and beverage stations such as bubble tea, barista coffee carts, and dessert booths. We are looking for a full-time Event Operations Crew Member to support daily kitchen operations and run live stations at events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients and drinks such as brewed tea and cooked pearls (training provided)
- Operate and serve at live stations during events (barista skills a bonus)
- Set up, pack down, and maintain a clean and efficient event booth
- Perform stock-taking, event packing, and basic kitchen duties
- Maintain high hygiene standards, including dishwashing, cleaning surfaces, and sweeping/mopping floors
- Drive and assist with delivery/setup at event venues when needed (valid SG driver’s license is a bonus)

**Requirements**:

- Meticulous, responsible, and a fast learner
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long hours during events (most events are 2-3 hours)
- Able to adapt to flexible hours and last-minute schedule changes due to nature of event
- Food hygiene certification preferred (or willing to attend provided course)
- Drivers welcome (allowance provided if driving)

**Schedule & Compensation**:

- Up to 6 working days/week, total of up to 44 hours/week
- Schedule released 2-5 days prior (based on event bookings)
- Overtime pay provided if event runs long
- Multiple off days when there are no events
- Flexible working hours based on event time, lunch provided for most event working days
- Daily reporting location based at 157 Sin Ming Road
