Executive Assistant

Job Description:
- Maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements and travel arrangements.
- Provide coordination, monitoring and communication of projects under the medical brands
- Coordinate work with external vendors as needed.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the headquarters and other stakeholders.
- Keep the Director advised on time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Schedule departmental meetings, assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Co-ordinate operational support for various outlets.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning, reports and analysis and other finance-related tasks.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to C-level executives.
- Good team player and can work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, highly responsible and reliable.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Highly adaptable, able to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
