**Sales Manager - FMCG (Beer & Liquor)**:
**Job Brief**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market position.
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client requirements and delivering effective solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with reliable forecasts, to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and remain fully informed of competitor activities and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **FMCG trade**, with a strong preference for experience in **beer or liquor**.
- Successful track record as a Sales Manager or Sales Representative, with consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle from strategy to execution.
- Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry events.
