A fast-growing FMCG company is building its pioneering team in Singapore and is on the lookout for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial National Sales Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping sales and sales operations from the ground up, perfect for ambitious individuals looking to grow their sales career. What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end order processing and distributor coordination Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock turnover Analyze market data and provide insights to drive growth Collaborate across sales, logistics, production, and finance teams Support and coach the sales team toward performance targets Who We're Looking For: Min 4+ years' experience in FMCG (food/beverage preferred)Strong analytical and Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau experience a plus Excellent communicator and relationship builder Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with strong ownership Experience with import/export operations is a bonus Mandarin proficiency is an advantage Due to the anticipated overwhelming responses, we regret that only successfully shortlisted applicants will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
