**Job Description**:
Greenwood Fish Market, a prominent seafood retail market in Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Business Development Manager to expand our business-to-business (B2B) sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the seafood industry, establishing partnerships with restaurants, hotels, and other potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- To assist retail staff and manage our retail stores
- Identify and prospect potential B2B customers in the seafood industry, including restaurants, hotels, catering services, and other food establishments
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the management team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles, preferably within the seafood industry or related food sectors
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new B2B customers and achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the seafood industry, including market trends, key players, and distribution channels
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
