Key Responsibilities include:

- Support the Ground & Cargo Handling contracts team
- Create/update records in the contract repository
- Administer the signing of overseas ground handling and cargo contracts
- Track the signing status - contracts, addenda, Service Level Agreements, Data Protection Agreements etc
- Answer queries from overseas stations on basic contractual matters
- Work with relevant business units in the review of contract templates
- Support the contracting of ad-hoc charters for offline stations
- Work with relevant business units and appointed vendor to drive automation of invoice verification process
- Identify and detail user requirements for new invoice categories to be included in automated invoice verification system.
- Review system design document proposed by appointed vendor to ensure that user requirements are incorporated.
- Conduct user acceptance test of system enhancements.
- Implement automated invoice verification system for new invoice categories.
- Raise and follow up with system enhancements and defect resolutions in the use of automated invoice verification system
- Ensure prompt and accurate verification of invoices through the use of manual and automated invoice verification system.
- Liaise and resolve with stakeholders on any issues pertaining to the invoices and any anomalies noted.
- Complete any other duties assigned to meet team objectives

**Requirements**:

- Possesses a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong digital skills - proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP, automated invoice verification systems will be advantageous
- Strong organisation skills to track documents and contract statuses in a timely manner with accuracy.
- Able to work independently, collaboratively and under tight deadlines
- Adaptable to changes and a problem solver
- Good inter-personal skills and communication skills
