**About the Roles**

We are seeking an Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive to support air freight operations at Changi Airfreight Centre. This is a **permanent role** with a 5.5-day work schedule (Mon - Fri, 1PM - 9PM; Sat - half day on remote standby). The position offers a **basic salary of up to $2800 plus variable bonus**, along with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics and air freight industry.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Manage the full life cycle of air freight shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling agents for smooth operations.
- Provide responsive customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving shipment-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and verify shipping records and documents, including customs forms and Air Waybills.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance service efficiency.
- Assist with projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, air freight operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with air freight documentation, systems, and processes will be an advantage, though not required.
