Singapore ASM Full time

The **Senior **Sales Operations Specialist** is responsible for supporting all stages of the sales cycle as a key member of the SOPs team.

This role will be responsible for execution of all critical sales operations activities (OTD):

- CRM updates and entries
- Slotting systems and retrofit kits
- PO and LC (Letter of Credit) verification and processing
- Sales order (SO) creation (Bookings)
- Liaising with GTC (Global Trade Compliance) to ensure shipment compliance
- Release of SO and working with planners and shipping departments for delivery
- They will maintain effective communications with account teams across the company consistently to ensure timely updates are provided and provide customer support to internal and external customers.

**Core expectations**:

- Minimum a Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be well versed in SAP S/4HANA (preferred or ECC) Sales & Distribution (SD) module and SAP CRM
- Experienced in processing POs and LCs
- Support sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation, ensuring cleanliness of PO and booking in SAP
- Liaising with GTC and GOPs team on compliance, tool commits and shipments
- Liaising with finance team on invoicing
- Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures
- Work closely with Service, Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing and other functional areas to support the sales team’s success
- Understand and adapt to effective sales models and programs
- Support other sales efforts as assigned
