Leading Turoprop manufacturing having opening in the Customer Support center in Singapore.

The jobholder will report directly to Head of Services APAC within the organization.

In this role the jobholder is the APAC Team referent in terms of contracts management for repair and standard exchange services (GMA, Spot, Spot+, main element leasing).

**General**
- Repair and standard exchange contracts management (GMA and SPOT contracts) for a portfolio of premium customers
- Support the management to put in place training actions to scale up teams skills and technical knowledge about contracts
- Negotiate commercial disputes and support warranty claim processes.
- Handle customers escalations to top management (related to material and maintenance contracts)
- Maintain a strong relationship with ATR HQ related functions
- Support the commercial team during sales campaigns
- Coach the teams and newcomers on matters related to contracts administration and SPA transactions
- Guarantee delivery and profitability of the contracts in force: closely monitor the NFF, CID, Exclusions and propose action plans to keep it under control

**EXPERIENCE SKILLS**.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience in aviation material supply chain and/or aeronautical equipment repair activities
- Demonstrated leadership in managing customers and supplier relationships, as well as in coordinating internal activities within the team
- Project management mindset
- Proven deep knowledge of SAP for material & services transactions
