**About Lumen**

**The Role**:
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career with the experience of working with a Global technology company, based in our Singapore office. You will be part of a team of Customer Service Billing Coordinators.

**The Main Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for resolving Customer Billing Disputes within SLA.
- Validates credit claims through research to ensure credit is contractually owed.
- Provides Concise written summaries of dispute claim for review and approval process.
- Collaborates with the customer, sales and other internal departments to resolve billing related issue. Demonstrate Customer Facing skills to provide a positive interaction with Lumen.
- Communicates regularly with other areas of the business to ensure that orders are raised to fix billing disputes long term and avoid the same dispute being raised more than once.
- Escalates complex queries to Manager and initiates training for tickets that require more understanding to drive personal development.
- Monitors the main queue and distribute tickets to other team members making sure the correct skill set can work their assigned tickets.
- Updates all customers throughout the duration of their ticket ensuring that they know the outcome and what has been either denied or approved in detail.
- Experience in a billing environment/role.
- Strong Spoken and Written English
- Must be knowledgeable with MS Office Suite, primarily Microsoft Excel - strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience working with a large volume of Tickets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly to changing processes.
- Positive can do attitude
- Strong communicator who can drive positive outcomes with a variety of contacts, internally and externally.
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
