**Job Summary**:
Provide clinical services to Musculoskeletal Clinic clients, perform supervisory roles to junior PTs and support in business development for the Community Musculoskeletal Clinic.

**Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
**Clinical Responsibilities**
- Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with various musculoskeletal disorders independently.
- Access case notes, complete clinical assessments, and progress notes in a timely manner, in accordance to MOH service requirement
- Manage client care holistically and educate clients towards understanding their condition and enabling self-care towards their conditions.
- Train therapy assistant/ fitness instructor in implementing exercise programme
- Work with head of department to develop framework, course structure for fitness and functional training
- Support Community Enablement Programme by organizing and conducting talks/activities
- Work with client and/or caregiver to assess and monitor client’s treatment progress
- Adhere to code of professional conduct according to Allied Health Professional Guidelines. Co-lead professional development activities and projects (e.g training, quality improvement project, research or any new initiatives as assigned

**Business Development and Operations Responsibilities**
- Support Head in setting budgets, KPIs, and goals to ensure growth and sustainability for the clinic.
- Manage clinic logistics and raise consumables and equipment for ordering if required.
- Support Head in process improvements, business development, and budgeting for MSK clinic.
- Visiting doctors and doing talks to promote clinic to the community.
- Forge partnerships with hospitals, polyclinics, and other community partners to build the MSK service.
- Work with strategic communications team to market the service. Support Head in conducting service analysis to improve service and quality efficiency

**Clinical Trainer Responsibilities**
- Support Head in developing training curriculum and competency assessments for new physiotherapists.
- Facilitate case discussions with other MSK physiotherapists.
- Inspire and develop MSK capabilities in therapists who are interested in MSK.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Min Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by Allied Health Professions Council, Singapore.
- 5 years of experience in providing therapy services in musculoskeletal field.
- 2 years supervisory experience.
- Fully registered physiotherapist under Allied Health Professional Council
