What You'll Do:
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional care for musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.
  • Take initiative in developing and refining clinical practices, protocols, and workflows.
  • Build a strong patient caseload and actively engage in community and professional outreach.
  • Participate in clinic-wide case discussions, clinical education, and strategic development.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
  • Remain adaptable-willing to rotate across clinic locations and lead where needed.
Who We're Looking For:
  • AHPC-Registered Physiotherapist (Required)
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience , ideally in private practice or a leadership setting.
  • Clinical Excellence in assessment and treatment, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Strong Communicator & Leader , able to mentor others and inspire team collaboration.
  • Self-Motivated & Entrepreneurial , with a track record of building a loyal patient base.
  • Team-Oriented , always contributing positively to team culture and clinic growth.
