What You'll Do: Lead by example in delivering exceptional care for musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional growth. Take initiative in developing and refining clinical practices, protocols, and workflows. Build a strong patient caseload and actively engage in community and professional outreach. Participate in clinic-wide case discussions, clinical education, and strategic development. Uphold high standards of professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Remain adaptable—willing to rotate across clinic locations and lead where needed. Who We're Looking For: AHPC-Registered Physiotherapist (Required)At least 5 years of clinical experience , ideally in private practice or a leadership setting. Clinical Excellence in assessment and treatment, with a commitment to continuous professional development. Strong Communicator & Leader , able to mentor others and inspire team collaboration. Self-Motivated & Entrepreneurial , with a track record of building a loyal patient base. Team-Oriented , always contributing positively to team culture and clinic growth.
