Senior Manager (Security Governance)

In this role, you will:

- Develop security policies and translate to SOPs to put in place compliance monitoring, enforcement checks and reports
- Develop an effective Knowledge Management System so that security policies and SOPs are in place, reviewed periodically to update compliance requirements and staffed to management for policy decisions approval
- Build effective system through digitalisation to ensure end-to-end processes are efficient and effective
- Develop KPIs and dashboard to monitor, analyse security trends and report state of security
- Develop security awareness and outreach programme to ensure compliance culture and security culture
- Plan and lead in security audits and preparation of audit findings for management reporting, and to propose action plans
- Prepare security report for management meeting

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Management and Security Studies / Security By Design / Security Management / Data Analytics / Digital Service Automation / Digital Systems Security
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think at systems-level to make informed decision
