**Your Mission**

As a **Google Ads Manager** at you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing Google Ads campaigns. Your expertise in **budget allocation, bid strategy, and audience targeting** will help drive conversions and maximize **Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)**.

**What You'll Do**

**Campaign Strategy & Execution**
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (**Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Retargeting**) to **generate leads and drive conversions**.
- Conduct **keyword research** and **competitor analysis** to refine targeting and improve ad relevance.
- Develop compelling **ad copies, CTAs, and landing pages** to improve **Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR)**.
- Manage **ad spend efficiently**, ensuring the best use of budget to optimize performance.

**Performance Tracking & Optimization**
- Monitor campaign performance using **Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking tools**.
- Conduct **A/B testing** on ad creatives, headlines, and bidding strategies to maximize **ROI**.
- Analyze **CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score** to make data-driven campaign adjustments.
- Stay updated on **Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends** to maintain compliance and performance.

**Collaboration & Creative Execution**
- Work closely with **designers** to create **engaging ad visuals and videos**.
- Align paid media strategies with **SEO and content marketing teams** for a cohesive marketing approach.
- Provide insights on **audience behavior, ad performance trends, and budget optimizations**.

**What You'll Bring**
- 5+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management, preferably in a SaaS or digital marketing agency.
- Strong expertise in budget optimization, bid management, and audience segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Proven ability to increase ROAS while lowering CPA and CPC.
- Experience in conversion tracking setup and remarketing strategies.
