**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential customers with precious metal refining requirements from industries such as, but not limited to, Oil and Gas, Chemical Industry, Aviation, Semiconductor, and Pharmaceutical.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and follow up closely with potential customers to gather feedback on quotes, competitors’ responses, and decision-makers' intentions.
- Communicate with customers on metal pricing, transfer requirements, and other related queries.
- Monitor precious metal price updates and customer job statuses.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth internal operations.
- Assist the Senior Manager in maintaining and improving the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, and responding to any changes in customer personnel, equipment, processes, materials, or business strategies.
- Gather and report information on customers, prospects, competitors, market trends, pricing, and new entrants.
- Support in identifying influence groups, stakeholders, and substitute services.
