**What the role is**
- The Logistics/Sr Logistics Executive will assist the Logistics team in the following areas:
**What you will be working on**
- Facilities Management and Contract Management
- Monitor contractor performance and processes to ensure compliance with requirements and support the day-to-day FM operations and ensure that all administrative functions and facilities services are carried out satisfactorily. This may include the supervision of work carried out by contractors /sub-contractors.
- Perform site inspections and maintenance audit on the contractor.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with the relevant department for Facilities Management (FM) related works, including attending to user feedback on FM related maintenance works and issuing Work Order for preventive or maintenance works.

Board Car Services
- Operate PUB Board vehicle and ferry VIPs to attend events, functions, meetings, etc - Ensure that the board vehicle is clean (both interior and exterior) and carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is in good condition

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in any discipline
- Possesses a Class 3 driver’s license
- Able to work under pressure when dealing with senior management / VIPs
- Pleasant and customer service centric attitude
- Resourceful with good organisational, communication, interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as good team player
- Able to work on weekends and after office hours if needed
