The Opportunity
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Professional to join Adobe’s Digital Experience Cloud team, located in Singapore. This role is about shaping how some of Southeast Asia’s leading financial institutions transform customer engagement at scale. You’ll combine strategic selling in named enterprise accounts with expanding Adobe’s presence in organizations where we have little or no footprint.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services to craft compelling value propositions, build executive alignment, and unlock new opportunities that drive measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead enterprise-level sales of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions with a focus on large, complex financial institutions.
Build and grow trusted executive relationships across CxO, VP, and senior business leaders in Marketing, IT, and Digital Transformation.
Orchestrate multi-level engagement across client organizations, driving both strategic vision and tactical execution.
Collaborate seamlessly across Adobe’s ecosystem — presales, consulting, partners — to deliver unified value to customers.
Navigate complex procurement, compliance, and governance frameworks typical of financial services accounts.
Consistently deliver against quarterly and annual revenue goals, aligned with Adobe’s growth and linearity targets.
What You Need to Succeed
Proven track record of success in enterprise solution selling within Financial Services, ideally across top-tier banks and institutions.
Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and closing multi-million-dollar deals with C-suite stakeholders.
Strong executive presence and the ability to engage, influence, and build trust at all levels of a client organization.
Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding quota in previous roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth markets with resilience, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
