**About the Role**:
You will as a test manager, oversee quality assurance testing operations, work with a team of QA professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products / features.
You will also work with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors or delivery partners of digital platforms and/or IT solutions, and ensure programs and projects meet/exceed objectives. You are a key enabler of delivering quality features and solutions in M1’s digital transformation program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organizing and controlling the testing process
- Ensuring visibility, traceability and control of testing process to deliver high quality software products / features
- Planning, coordination, and control of the various test activities
- Development and definition of suitable test methods and test tools
- Utilizing test automation
- Technical management and control of the testing (virtual) teams
- Documentation of the test activities and preparation of the results
- Definition and monitoring of quality goals
- Progress updates from test teams
- Reaching out to test team members to identify risks and issues and mitigation actions
- Working with test team proactively to ensure that required deliverables and timeframes are being met and actions taken to prevent or minimise risks to those deliverables
- Analysis of patterns in data to initiate improvements and solutions to existing and prescribed processes

***Key Qualifications**:

- Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/InfoCom Technology (IT), Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- 5-10 years relevant working experience with 2-3 years of QA and testing experience in Agile methodology
- Experienced in automated testing / automation tools
- Understanding technical aspects of system integration in technology environment
- Project management experience and skills is an advantage
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Gitlab
- Self-starter, pro-active, resourceful and highly motivated quick learner
- Strong analytical and (complex) problem solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change of priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good leadership, collaboration and team building skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence across organisation boundaries. Ability to work effectively with and across virtual teams. Ability to engage, negotiate and influence stakeholders
