**Your Impact**:
As a Region Security Manager, you’ll join Jacobs Global Security & Resilience (GS&R) team, providing analytical, physical, technical, travel and programmatic security, along with resilience operational delivery to support Jacobs business. You’re an influential, accomplished Manager with exhibited excellence in providing risk-based, intelligence driven operational and tactical business guidance. You’ll play a key role in Jacobs providing operational risk analysis, reviewing, monitoring and managing a variety of security deliverables and pro-active programs designed to anticipate and minimize Jacobs exposure to potential security threats, while assuring business development, execution and profitable growth. You’ll maintain standards and protocols relating to the delivery of security and resilience to Jacobs, ensuring compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, regulatory and legal requirements across your region area of responsibility (AOR). In this critical role, you’ll provide security planning and delivery, to secure and sustain a resilient future.
Some of your other contributions will include:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor to the Business Region and Operational Centers of Excellence in the assured delivery of effective security.
- Managing AOR security activities, engaging and supporting Line of Business management, during routine, emergency, and crisis situations, ensuring effective business continuity.
- Monitoring, assessing and tracking risk trends, providing guidance and support to operations and travellers for rising and tangible threats.
- Overseeing a portfolio of investigations to resolve allegations of criminal activity, serious violations of corporate policy and serious acts of impropriety.
- Liaising with national, state and local law enforcement, government regulatory agencies and private industrial security as appropriate.
- Providing support for unclassified, proprietary, and government required security systems.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
- Experience in Asian and Australasian operating environment.
- Cultural awareness, with diverse and inclusive sensitivity.
- Exhibited competence and experience in area/region Security Management.
- Proven ability to deliver complex briefings to articulate multi-component plans and programs at various levels of the organization and external environments.
- Ability to attain national government security clearance.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or significant operational experience
