III. To provide customer support in the implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies used.

IV. Assisting in the provision of support for internal and external events.

V. To carry out routine testing of equipment to diagnose, log and report operational faults.

VI. Working with our team to assist in the diagnosis and rectification of faults to ensure that all systems are fully functional and that equipment and system down time are kept to a minimum

VII. To ensure any paperwork is completed on time and filled out completely, as required.

VIII. Perform any ad hoc duties as required.

IX. **Pre-Requisites**
X. Responsible, self-motivated and a self-starter.

XI. Preferably at least one year of experience in the operation, engineering and / or installation of AV systems. A strong knowledge of audio, video and networking engineering fundamentals.

XII. Any industry certification will be an advantage

XIII. Team player and can work independently

XIV. Drive to exceed expectations and in delivering excellence.

XV. Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.

XVII. Required language(s): English

XVIII. Relevant experience in AV industry (end user, manufacturer, systems integrator) would be an added advantage

XIX. 3. Basic soldering skills will be an added advantage

XX. 5. Physically fit; able to lift heavy objects (approx. up to 23kg)

XXI. 8. Able to work at heights

XXII. 9. Able to erect working platform (scaffolding) an advantage

XXIII. 11. Certification in Scaffold Erection (Supervisor) is an advantage

XXIV. 12. Certification in Safety Orientation Course (SOC) certification is an advantage

XXV. 13. Cannot be colour-blind

XXVI. 14. Able and willing to work

XXVII. 15. Good team player

XXVIII. 16. Can do attitude

XXIX. 17. Training will be provided
