- Keep tracking for administrative expenses
- Sending all the expenses to accounts for reimbursement every month
- Employee wages remittance sheet send every month
- Prepare monthly invoices and send for Horizon Terminal
- Keep updated ledger and balance sheet for Horizon Terminal
- Preparing of cheques

**Coordination work**
- Coordinating with Dubai for account related issues
- Coordinating with Company Secertary for all documents work
- Coordinating to India office
- Coordinating of work with Marine Advisors at terminals.

**Miscellaneous**
- Manage office calendar and contact list
- Travel support and documentation
- Covid Protocol Administration.
