**Responsibilities will involve**:

- **Research & Development**:

- Design, develop, and experimentally validate active thermal management systems employing thermoelectric devices.
- Investigate novel thermoelectric materials and device configurations to enhance performance metrics such as efficiency, cooling capacity, and reliability.
- **System Integration**:

- Develop simulation models and experimental setups to test and optimize system performance.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data using advanced statistical and computational tools.
- Prepare high-quality reports, publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, and present at international conferences and workshops.
- **Project Management & Collaboration**:

- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and milestones.
- Mentor junior researchers and assist in training undergraduate or graduate students working in the lab.
- Liaise with industry partners and funding agencies to advance collaborative research initiatives.
- **Innovation & Intellectual Property**:

- Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to the development of intellectual property through patents and technology transfer.

**Qualifications**
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or its equivalent from a reputable University/Institute is preferred, or equivalent related experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using statistical tools and software packages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated and possesses effective communication skills including writing and presenting.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a diverse team.
- Open to fixed term contract.
