**We’re looking for a Business Development Manager**:
As a Business Development Manager in Singapore, you'll be part of a team that thrives in a **sales-driven** and **fast-paced environment**. In your role, you will focus on medium
- and large-scale enterprises identifying areas of collaboration, driving innovation, and unlocking shared value. Ultimately, you should be able to **grow** our business by **building successful, long-term relationships** with our customers.

- You will focus on **identifying areas of collaboration** with end customers and partners, and **driving innovation**.
- You will **generate new sales and business** by leveraging your **existing and potential customer networks** and business partners.
- You will **identify opportunities** in target markets for DataMiner products and services.
- You **generate leads** through **cold calling** prospective clients or **networking** at trade shows.
- You will **leverage digital and AI-based techniques** to generate interest and leads.
- You will **develop strong customer relationships** and cater to their needs.
- You will **report** on the status of accounts and transactions using **CRM software** to manage interactions and sales funnels.
- You will be **responsible** for **setting and tracking** sales account targets aligned with company OKRs & KPIs.
- You will keep up with the **latest industry developments**, including market positioning of corporate competitors.
- You will **collaborate** with departments such as Product Marketing, Customer Success Managers, Engineering & Consultancy Services, and Platform Operations & Quality.
- You will work together with the **Sales Account Managers and Directors** daily to move people from the top of the sales funnel to being signed customers.
- You'll report to the **Global Sales Leadership Team**.

- You've the ability to **travel up to 40%** of the time.
- You have **3+ years of experience** in similar roles.
- You have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- You know your way around the technology/software industry and have a genuine interest in the latest business & technology trends.
