**Database Admin (SQL/Oracle)**

**Technical Requirements -**
- Provide technical support in the area of database administration, focusing on technology, strategy and operations
- Should be well versed in diversified database technologies - SQL, Oracle, Exadata, etc
- Should have working experience of SQL Server versions 2005, 2008, 2008 R2 and 2012
- Installation, configuration and Upgradation of SQL Server software, Service Packs and Hotfixes
- Ability to implement and troubleshoot High Availability Techniques Like Always on, Database Mirroring ,Cluster Management, Log Shipping and Replication
- Should have experience on Query Optimization and Query Execution plan Analysis
- Ability to understand T-SQL queries and business logic implemented in Stored Procedures
- Monitoring and Alert Setup
- Tuning, Indexing and optimizing databases
- Expertise in using the ADutilities (adpatch, adadmin, rapid clone, autoconfig, merging patches)
- Should have experience of Oracle Security Solutions like Database vault, security, Access manager, etc
- Expert on export and import activity and also database backups like Cold, Hot and RMAN.
- Troubleshooting Oracle Database and Oracle Applications issues like Apache, Concurrent, forms, login issues

**Other Requirements -**
- Certifications and hands-on exposure with skillsets in relevant areas
- Must have strong communication skills (Verbal and Written) and the ability to articulate task management, priorities, and issues, participate in customer visits, conference calls, and assisting with defining the scope of services tasks
- Assess customer environment and requirements and design world-class solutions, leveraging best practices and best-of-breed technologies
- Performs system integration tasks
- Investigate and provide the RCA for the incidents
- Knowledge of ITSM process

**Preferably Locals.**

**Preferred Qualifications -**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- At least Six (6+) years of information technology work experience and experience architecting, implementing, and/or managing virtual infrastructure environments

**One or more of the following certifications**
- MCSA (Database Administration)
- Oracle Certified Professional
- Microsoft Azure or AWS Solution Architect Certified
