**Job Description / Requirements / Skills**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in backup administration and support in multi platforms (e.g. Windows, Unix/Linux).
Experience in the configuration and administration of Backup solution (e.g. NetBackup, Azure Backup, Networker, Data Domain, Tape Library, NDMP etc.).
Experience with technical expertise in configuring and administering data restore, disaster recovery, data backup and recovery for clients and servers.
Experience in storage analysis, capacity planning and performance planning of storage components.
Perform routine equipment check and preventative maintenance; troubleshoot and fix backup and storage issues.
Proficient in backup administration best practices, new technologies and recommend enhancements and configuration changes for backup optimization and improvement.
Responsible for regular patching, upgrade and maintenance and ensure compliance to IT security standards.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
Skillset (Must have)
Proficient in Veritas Netbackup, Dell Data Domain, AWS, and Azure.
Ability to automate backup and restoration.

Skillset (Good to have)
Good communication and project management skills.
