Preferably with experience in covering medical specialists in General Surgery, Oncology and Cardiology.
- Identify the key customers’ potential and work with marketing to grow the sales in the key accounts.
- Drive the product listing process in key customers and follow through every stage/process to ensure successful listing in timely manner.
- Support the marketing team for marketing activities at the assigned customers.
- Build strong rapport with the customers and its stakeholders and ensure successful execution of sales and marketing activities.
- Conduct CMEs, round table meetings and other activities to constantly engage the stakeholders of the customers.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and create new accounts by planning and organizing daily territorial planning.

**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Bachelor’s degree in science-related disciplines
- 3+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, particularly specialty care sales experience. Experience with Oncology products is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling specialist and key stakeholders in both Private and Government hospitals is required.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.

**Salary Package**:

- Total annual remuneration package up to 100K, depends on experience.
- Mobile phone allowance
