Ltd. is looking for a motivated and dynamic **Management Trainee**to join our team The role provides hands-on training in both **Production and Service** areas, preparing you for future leadership roles in the F&B industry. **Responsibilities**:
**General Responsibilities**:

- Undergo comprehensive training in **Production and Service** areas.
- Set a positive example for crew members by upholding company standards.
- Assist the **Manager-on-Duty (MOD)** in leading floor operations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve store performance and efficiency.

**Production Area**:

- Lead and guide the kitchen crew in following operational standards.
- Oversee food preparation stations, including Grill, Pantry, Fry/Fries, Back-Up, and Soda.

**Dining Area**:

- Supervise bussing and cleaning activities in the dining area.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the **utility room** and external store areas.
- Ensure trays are available and clean for customer use.
- Guide crew members in assisting customers with seating arrangements.

**Supporting Store Operations**:

- Assist the **Manager-on-Duty (MOD)** with opening and closing procedures.
- Help prepare workstations for smooth daily operations.
- Support team members in delivering quality service and maintaining high standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Degree qualification**.
- Some experience in the **F&B Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry** is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Physical endurance to stand for extended periods.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
