**Roles & Responsibilities**
The Talent Acquisition Executive Trainee reports to the managing director. The trainee will de a part of ACP’s HR Team and focus on the recruitment process which includes sourcing through various platforms, preparation of interviews and conducting selection procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
3. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
4. Responsible for the full regiment of recruitment from sourcing and screening talents, scheduling interviews and reporting them to the department heads.
