**Job descriptions**
- Develop marketing strategies to generate new leads and generate profits through online and offline marketing channels.
- Analyze, identify, and implement new market trends in the company’s marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute business development strategy according to the business budget to deliver sustainable growth in the sales revenue of the company.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operation and market development activities.
- Effectively build and optimize long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships with clients.
- Participate in budget development and monitoring of expenses.
- Responsible for meeting monthly sales KPIs set by the company and ensuring that the company is generating profits.
- Keep abreast of competition and competitive company image in business dealings.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the company’s survival day-to-day.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any field
- Good presentation
- Strong acquisition, confidence and result oriented to work well under pressure.
- Meticulous in documentation work
- Excellent sales and presentation skills
- Independent and self-driven and continuous breakthroughs
- Strong organizational and communication skills (with internal and external stakeholders) and ability to break the boundary
- Excellent command of spoken and written for both English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
