**Job Summary**:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides full secretariat and administrative support to Managing Director, Solutions Delivery, APAC, taking full responsibility for maintaining demanding schedules and prioritizing the Leader#s workloads efficiently.There will be extensive travel arrangement for international business trips encompassing regional and global travels. The EA is expected to multi-task and pivot within a fast paced and deadline driven environment.The support may be extended to other leaders andtasks will vary, depending on the Leaders# working styles and the existing workload. The duties described below make up a typical, but not necessarily complete list.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage complexcalendars, with an understanding of business priorities to offer alternatives, trade-offs, and consideration to the most efficient use of Managing Director's and leaders time.
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of internal/external meetings/events (local, offsite or by video conferencing).
- Generate reports/presentations and take minutes for Leader's meetings.
- Organize any needed materials in advance of meetings, maintain filing/record-keeping system.
- Prepare, handle, and always maintain confidential documents and information regarding business and personnel.
- Manage travel and visa arrangements, anddetailed travel itineraries.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Education - Bachelor's degree in business administration and ideally minimum 10 years of work experience gained in a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, display attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
- Team player yet able to work independently, with demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and to take initiative
