DESIGNATION : Executive, People, Culture & Strategy
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a positive, independent and meticulous individual to join our People, Culture & Strategy Team to support in the full spectrum of HR activities such as recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, HR policies, and global mobility.
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with payroll vendor and oversee monthly Singapore payroll processing for all employees in compliance with statutory requirements
- Participate in MOM, statutory, salary and benefits benchmarking surveys
- Monthly and annual report requirements (tax filing, journal reporting, etc)
- Provide HRIS (SAP) guidance to employees
- Update and maintain employee data in the HRIS and electronic P-files
- Conduct system briefings for new joiners
- Recruitment activities (including job posting, salary benchmarking, interviews, etc)
- Onboarding of new employees with a strong focus on values
- Assist in the annual review and renewal of employee insurance policies, including employee health screening package
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits e.g. medical and hospitalization insurance programs, leave benefits, staff welfare benefits. Manage and approve home leave claims for eligible employees
- Handle employee grievances and employment issues
- Continuous review of Staff Handbooks to ensure our benefits are competitive and in compliance with local legislation
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant Legislation, Policies and Practices
- Support global talent mobility across Hafnia through facilitating and managing employee transfers, secondments and international assignments
- Takes care of smooth employee exit process - including internal communication, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating with payroll team for final pay and tax processing
- Actively support the shaping of Hafnia culture based on company values and ensure that management, employees, systems, policies and practices are consistent with the desired culture
- Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree holder in business, HR or other relevant discipline from a recognized University
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience including hands-on payroll experience with good working knowledge of payroll processes
- Fast learner, able to multi-task and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Assertive, meticulous, analytical, logical, systematic and strong in numbers
- Hands-on and reliable to deliver quality work under pressure and timelines
- Collaborative with good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and HR information systems
