Job Responsibilities:
As the (Senior) People Technology Analyst at Razer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the utilization of Workday, our HRIS platform. You will be responsible for gathering user requirements, translating them into technological solutions, and supporting HR and employees in maximizing the potential of Workday. This role requires a unique blend of information systems expertise, HR knowledge, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements related to Workday functionality and processes.
- Solution Design: Translate user requirements into technical solutions within the Workday platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Enhanced Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Headcount and Personnel Costs Management: Utilize Workday for headcount and personnel costs management reporting, providing accurate and timely data to stakeholders.
- User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to Workday, providing timely resolution to issues and inquiries.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Workday updates and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR and end users to maximize their proficiency with Workday.
- Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data within Workday through regular audits and adherence to data governance policies.
- Project Management: Lead or contribute to HR technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Pre-Requisites:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms; proficiency in Workday is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and platform
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive self-starter with a passion for driving continuous improvement
- Project management experience is a plus
