**Who We’re Looking For**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create engaging and compelling content across multiple platforms, both owned and paid.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, including calendar planning.
- Build and optimise landing pages to support digital campaigns.
- Regularly update websites and employ SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Compile, measure, and analyse performance data weekly and monthly to adjust content as needed for maximum results.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key audiences to increase brand awareness.
- Develop new ideas and strategies to enhance the company's digital marketing efforts.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with internal teams to generate consistent and engaging content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on projects, acting as the key liaison to bring marketing initiatives to life.

**About You (Key Requirements)**
- Prior experience in creative content and social media marketing (internship or professional experience welcomed).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and industry-standard digital marketing tools.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and creative storytelling.
- Proficiency in photography/videography and basic design skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
