**What it's about**

We are looking for a proactive, independent and problem solving individual ideally with corporate services, accounting, or private markets experience. Working with a wide variety of internal teams (including investment teams) and our external service providers, the role is to oversee the administration of company structures used for our private markets investments.

Key duties:

- Ability and expertise to independently oversee the operation of a portfolio of investment structure companies by external administrators, ensuring consistently high levels of quality.
- Holding of directorships in structure companies, alongside investment professionals and external directors.
- Coordination with legal, tax and investment teams for implementing new investment structures.
- Management of key service provider relationship
- Review and sign-off financial statements prepared by external service providers
- Coordination year-end audit process with service providers, including preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP / IFRS
- Coordinates processes with internal stakeholders and external administrators to ensure that all operational, regulatory and/or tax filings on a global basis have been completed and submitted by their respective deadlines
- Engages in process improvement initiatives across the team

**What we expect**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Legal or Corporate Administration
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- A proficient level of knowledge and understanding of private markets and corporate administration
- Ability to independently develop solutions to issues encountered
- Ability to operate effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional team
- Consistently demonstrates high standards in the execution of, and adherence to, relevant processes and procedures
- Good collaborator with ability to bring individuals together to generate solutions
