**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for R&D, production, commercial, and corporate functions
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging digital platforms, talent communities, and direct outreach
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs
- Champion employer branding and promote the company as a top food tech employer
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to optimize time-to-hire and quality-of-hire

**Requirements**:

- Proven success in sourcing and hiring across both technical (e.g., food scientists, engineers) and business roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-stage company environmentFluent in Mandarin and English
