**Regional HR Crisis and Incident Lead Responsibilities**:

- Build and document processes and localized plans to support crisis response and ongoing program management on key initiatives
- Ability to move fast and learn quickly by using problem-solving and consulting skills combined with a customized approach for specific teams and needs
- Driven cross-functional teamwork, navigate interconnected networks, connect disparate perspectives, and create transparency around complex issues
- Communicate with clarity, brevity and precision
- Acts as primary project contact on specific initiatives and projects
- Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach goals
- Drive issues to resolution and escalating unresolved issues to the leadership team in a timely manner including developing options and recommendations to drive critical decisions
- Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues
- Coordinate, document, and assign tasks for XFN project teams
- Provides clear and concise status updates and reports to various levels of the organization
- Use data to support decision making
- Leads and manages more than one project at the same time

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, and global stakeholder management
- Ability to create structure from complex, ambiguous situations, quickly assess situations, prioritize issues, and make good decisions under pressure
- Structured, organized, and detailed-oriented with the ability to be agile, flexible
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly cross-functional environment
- Ability to work with global teams and be oncall for immediate response and team activation

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in high-growth companies
- An excellent communicator, with strong English language skill plus secondary languages such as Chinese or Cantonese languages for the Hong Kong based role. Chinese or Cantonese language skill is necessary because the role would require employment knowledge to manage HR matters where communications are generally made in the same language
