**Technical Support Engineer**
Headquartered in Singapore, PACLIN has come a long way from it’s humble roots in 1990 to evolve into the leading card manufacturer and ID system solutions, predominately dealing with security-related products and services for almost 3 decades.
**Job description**
This role offers:

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot software & hardware issues of card printers
- Perform preventive/ maintenance of printers and software/ Fault calls
- Install and configure door access systems
- Conduct training and demonstrations for end-users (Software etc.)
- Assist with inter-departmental troubleshooting
- Conduct general servicing of card printers and replace spare parts when required
- Set up and run registration for events
**Basic Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent Engineering disciplines
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec or other Technical trade cert. or
- Understanding of TCP/ IP networking is a bonus
- Experience in Door Access Systems is a bonus
- 3 years related work experience
- Proficient in English (Dual speaking skills is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and positive attitude
- Technically independent with good initiative
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with out of the box approach in providing solutions
