Documentation Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare standard credit facility and security documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with external legal counsel to ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation
- Verify and ensure that all conditions precedent are properly fulfilled prior to drawdown
- Review credit and security documentation for completeness and appropriateness
- Track and manage the timely execution of all facility and security documentsMonitor compliance with loan covenants and highlight exceptions to relevant stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder (Law or non-Law disciplines considered with relevant experience in loan documentation)
- Prior experience in handling legal/credit documentation, particularly in support of corporate or consumer lending within a financial institution
- Familiarity with standard loan agreements, regional security documents, and related legal documentation
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in loan administration or credit documentation
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive team player with the ability to manage deadlines and stakeholders
