**Designation: Executive, Customer Service (Online) & Administration**
**Job Purpose**:
**Job Duties**:
- Handle customer enquiries by providing accurate and pertinent information according to the contact center guidelines and quality standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems, escalates issues to appropriate persons/teams whenever needed.
- Effectively interpret the needs of the customers, maintain, and enhance standard of quality for the services offered.
- Build a customer relationship/partnership, which adds value to the customer leading to a long-term profitable relationship.
- Perform all duties assigned to him/her by the team leader and supervisor.
- Perform daily order management processes and review status to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and review fulfilment of customers’ orders and delivery service performance.
- Maintain and update online content to e-commerce platform.
- Liaise with internal & external party on progress of order.
- Compile monthly and periodic reports.
- Support office administration including office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, courier services and travel arrangements).
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Manage payment process including filing of contracts, quotations, and invoices.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
**Key requirements**:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Good communication skills.
- High energy with positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Team player.
- Meticulous and customer-oriented person.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (in particular MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook).
- Good clerical and administrative skills.
- Prior working experience in ecommerce and customer service is an added advantage.
