**Job Description**:
Everest Global Services, Inc., a member of the Everest Re Group Ltd, is seeking a motivated individual to join our Company as a Claims Operations Assistant, based in Singapore with a flexible, hybrid schedule of working up to two days remote each week.

This position is part of the Global Claim Operations team who is responsible for the operational support of the Global Reinsurance Claim Department. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the International Reinsurance Claim team. The position is open to anyone that is hoping to build a career with a globally recognized Company, and we are seeking an individual with a commitment to self-development and the ability to meet a challenge.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Receiving, indexing and distribution of claim correspondence, in all formats, to the appropriate parties
- Processing payments and other financial transactions
- Receiving new losses, verifying accuracy of information via coverage, and completing data entry of initial file setup
- Performing quality review analysis of claim data for accuracy in accordance with established procedures and internal controls
- Document management and entering data in various reinsurance claim systems
- Providing operational support to Claim management, Claim technical staff and our internal and external customers

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

- College Degree preferred
- Work experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry is a plus
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a collaborative team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow through on tasks/projects
