**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone to provide a flexible and proactive support service to help support our Clients, Claims team and the wider business as required. The role will involve dealing with a variety of claims and general enquires as well as general research and liaising with our other departments such as Loss Prevention, Underwriting and Finance.

You’ll have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as being organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. You should also be able to challenge and influence at all levels and be able to liaise and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Shipping is a global industry and the claims we handle are often complex and challenging as well as multi-jurisdictional. Our claims professionals provide our Members with expert advice and guidance as well as a high-quality claims handling services in relation to all aspects of P&I cover for our Members.
